The Global Land Tool Network (GLTN) is dynamic and multisectoral alliance of  international partners committed to increasing access to land and tenure security for all, with a particular focus on the poor, women and youth. The Network’s partners include international rural and urban civil society organizations, research and training institutions, bilateral and multilateral organizations, and international professional bodies.

UN-Habitat is the United Nations Human Settlements Programme working towards a better urban future. Its mission is to promote socially and environmentally sustainable human settlements development and the achievement of adequate shelter for all.

The Asian Coalition for Housing Rights is a regional network of grassroots community organizations, NGO's and professionals actively involved with urban poor development processes in Asian cities.
The coalition is action-orientated, highly decentralised, and aims to provide an alternative model of urban development based on Asian realities and experiences.

is a regional network of community architects and planners, engineers, young professionals, lecturers and academic institutes in Asian countries. Established in 2010, the network has been supporting community-driven projects under the Asian Coalition for Community Action programme (ACCA) regarding people housing, city-wide upgrading, and recovery from disasters. We believe the role of community architects is to build the capacity of people, by participatory design and planning process to make people be their own solution.

Shack/Slum Dwellers International (SDI) is a network of community-based organizations of the urban poor in 33 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. It was launched in 1996 when federations of the urban poor in countries such as India and South Africa agreed that a global platform could help their local initiatives develop alternatives to evictions while also influencing the global agenda for urban development.

The UP Department of Geodetic Engineering & Traning Center for Applied Geodesy and Photogrammetry (DGE & TCAGP) are the country’s leading institutions in geospatial education, research, training and extension, serving the nation through its undergraduate and graduate degree programs, and its various training modules. Since DGE’s formal establishment in 1937, and TCAGP in 1964, the department and the center have continuously been enhancing its resources, through constant faculty development and facility upgrades, to the demands of a growing nation and the challenges in the global community.

During the 88th regular meeting of BCAT Board of Regents held on February 19, 1985, Board Resolution No. 10-1985 was approved wherein the curricula for the following courses namely BS in Civil Engineering, BS in Electrical Engineering, BS in Mechanical Engineering, BS in Education and BS in Architecture were approved for implementation effective school year 1985-1986. It produce the first lone graduate in BS in Architecture in March 1986. From thereon, the Bulacan College of Arts and Trades continuously produced architecture graduates under the School of Engineering and Architecture.
